- an air-conditioned double bedroom with bathroom;

- on the 2nd floor:

- air-conditioned master room with bathroom, see view,

- and a sun terrace, with outside chairs and beach beds (4)

All bathrooms are equipped with a washbasin, toilet and Italian shower.

Features:

- The house has wifi and internet in all rooms.

- A large TV with satellite reception in the living room.

- The kitchen is equipped with a fridge with separate freezer, a dishwasher, a washing machine, an electric oven, vitroceramic hob and a microwave oven.

- There is also an ironing board and an iron.
